We want you to love your saree. If something isn't right with your order, here's how our return process works.
We do not accept returns for refund. Items can only be returned for exchange, after verification of damage or use.
When Can You Return an Item?
You may initiate a return only if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item is different from what you ordered
All returned items go through a verification check by our team before an exchange is approved.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
Condition for Returned Items
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be intact
- The item must be sent back in its original packaging, along with the invoice
- Items found to be used, washed, or damaged after delivery will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for exchange
How the Return Process Works

| 1 | Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return |
| 2 | Share photos/videos of the item and packaging for initial verification |
| 3 | Once approved, we schedule a reverse pickup from your address |
| 4 | The item undergoes a final quality check upon reaching our facility |
| 5 | Once cleared, an exchange item is processed and shipped to you |
If the returned item fails our quality check (signs of use, damage, or missing tags), it will be shipped back to you and no exchange will be processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Items without original tags, invoice, or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration
