Exchange Eligibility
We're happy to offer an exchange only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is different from what was ordered
All exchange requests are subject to verification by our team before approval.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact
- The item must be in its original packaging, along with the invoice
- Items found to be used, damaged by the customer, or altered will not qualify for exchange
